Marques de Marialva Blanc de Blancs Brut is an elegant, fruity, and fresh sparkling wine from the Bairrada wine region. It displays aromas of ripe stone fruits, predominantly green apple and apricots, exhibiting a crisp mousse and good persistence. It is a young sparkling wine with hints of toast and dried fruit.
Winemaking:
Marques de Marialva Blanc de Blancs Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with white grape varieties of Bical and Arinto from the Bairrada wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process the wine was transferred French oak barrels, where it stayed for 4 months in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation the sparkling wine aged for 12 months in the cellar.

Marques de Marialva Blanc de Blancs Brut is a fruity and youthful sparkling wine. It displays elegant aromas of ripe stone fruits and good persistence. It is an elegant sparkling wine that exhibits fine bubbles with hints of toast and dried fruit and very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
